Color - head and anterior part of body red-orange, grading to dark brown posteriorly; head with 3 pink to whitish bars, and additional 9-10 white bars on body.

Distribution - Central Gulf of California to Puerto Vallarte

Habitat - inhabits rocky reefs, cleans parasites from otherfishes
