IDENTIFICATION - Very similar to the Masked Goby, but mask less extensive towards rear; alternate blocks of black and orange or gold on vertebrae visible through the transparent body. 3 pores between eyes [Pore C doubled-VT]. 10 dorsal and anal fin rays. (Peterson FG)
